Curtis Ford & Cory Ford did a sensational job helping me. 1st Class service. The Best! I am leaving for a 12 hour drive and the light came on to get my oil changed. Without any hesitation, Curtis - Service Manager took me right in and made sure my car was in tip top shape before my road trip. They rotated my tires, checked the car totally and I drove away with a clean shiny car, new windshield wipers, new battery and feeling like the Most Important Person in the World. The Service is beyond amazing and the entire team totally Rock. Thank you Curtis and Team!

Today Nov 6,2025, had an appointment for 8:00am , came here, after 1h and 45min off waiting, they didn't even start checking my vehicle, I ended up scheduling another appointment with another ford dealership. Horrible customer service, choose another location, rude and disrespectful.

They took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, understood my needs, and made it happen—without me ever having to step foot in the dealership. They even brought the car directly to me for a test drive, which was a game-changer in terms of convenience and customer service. Was very impressed with the vehicle as displayed on the web and even put paperwork in sight unseen. It took an additional 4-1/2 hours to finalize everything. Upon arrival the vehicle was parked in front and ready for a test drive. While you would think knowing we were coming in that morning that they would prep the vehicle to showcase it in the best way, This was not the case. A layer of dust was all over the vehicle, making it difficult to walk and review the vehicle. While I understand that this is a used vehicle the passenger door was missing its lock actuator. (Dealer promised to order and install) The mirrors needed to be swapped out, because one didn’t work. The middle rear brake light was broken but operational. (Dealer promised to order and install) The rear door rubbed and made noise when opening, until I adjusted the door. The passenger windows glass is scratched, along with the trim. Again I understand it’s a used vehicle! The Carfax is clean but the front lights have scratches that are consistent with damage from an accident, which I am going to have to replace. There was no movement on the price and I left $600 on the table with my trade. While some will say that’s my fault you are correct. But the vehicle was not purchase ready. Which was disappointing. This is my 2nd used vehicle purchase and I should have done a better job reviewing the vehicle. I don’t regret the purchase. Just feel that with the items we have found after taking it home, that the price should have been adjusted to accommodate these out of pocket expenses.

Perhaps the single best purchasing experience of my life. I'll start with Mike P., my salesperson. Mike initiated contact with me on the vehicle I was interested in and was open to a number of options when it looked like the vehicle was out of range for me. Lee, Sales Manager, threw the kitchen sink at the deal while I was at another dealership about to sign on another car. That dealership opened a door for me to leave, but Lee's work made me run through it. Finally, Ted in Finance was an incredibly personal, laid back person who showed care for me more than a need to maximize profit on a deal. It was worth the drive to be treated so well and to get such a great deal.

Please beware of this dealership. I will not be coming back here ever. This experience actually makes me want to trade my vehicle in. I had my MachE towed into the dealership (on the morning of 12/16) for a punctured tire. It took three days a several phones calls for them to partially complete the job (the evening of 12/18). Throughout the duration of the wait, I had to reach out to the service representative (Bryanna) instead of her contacting me. It often took several hours to a day before she responded. She only increased response when I expressed that I would be stopping by to speak to a manager. The dealership attempted to charge me $400 for the tire after I explained several times that I have a tire warranty. They also attempted to charge me for a new tire sensor ($120). The sensor was fully functional when the car was towed to the dealership. They indicated in the notes that it was broken in efforts of removing the tire. I asked to speak to a manager (which didn’t help at all). I don’t understand why I was being charged for the dealership’s error? #Verydissapointedcustomer
