My vehicle had an overheating transmission and I brought it to Malloy, expecting it to sit there for a week or more since we didn’t have an appointment. My vehicle had the transmission replaced and everything was coordinated between Malloy and the extended warranty company with no issues at all, in a matter of 2-3 days. My service advisor kept me informed the entire time. I couldn’t have asked for any better of an experience than what I received at Malloy!

Highly recommend. We were looking for a very specific truck. Mentioned to Tony what we were wanting with a link to the truck at another dealership. He promptly got back to us and said that truck had been sold however he found another and was working to get it to the dealership. Without us asking, they moved the truck that night and let us know was there that morning. Had everything ready as I was out of town for work. When I got there that evening, we bought the truck. Very fair trade in price and great price on the new truck. So easy to deal with and was out within 90 min with the new vehicle. Highly recommend Tony helping you!

The customer service my husband and I received was above and beyond. I had been looking online at multiple dealerships and Haley had the best price on my top choice vehicle. We went on a Friday at 6pm to look at the vehicle and talk numbers on my trade-in. Haley gave me more than any other dealer had offered for my trade and got me right where I wanted to be with my monthly payment on a my new vehicle. Eric, the salesman who helped us answered every question, stayed after hours, and ensured that everything went smoothly with the finance side of things. I can't say enough good things about Haley, this is the 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from them and we will continue to be loyal to the Haley group as they have always treated us fairly and have the best price around.

Hello, On Saturday June 29th, John from CMA's Valley Honda Service was amazing. On a vacation trip up north, my wife had a problem with her Mazda CX-5 (Self-inflicted, the car is great). We live almost 5 hours away from that area. We had to get the car towed to the dealership. It was late in the afternoon and the typical time to fix the issue would be several hours, maybe days as per Mazda. I didn’t think it would be fixed that day, so I went ahead and made reservations for a hotel for my wife, daughter and puppy. I’m losing my mind because I couldn’t do anything from home. John offered to take my family and their luggage to the hotel if they couldn’t get it fixed. The service team gave my family something to eat, they made my family feel safe and in good hands. Obviously, the car was not on John’s schedule that day. Somehow, John was able to put 3 guys on it and get it running in about 2 hours!!! Another Mazda dealership told me it could take days to fix the problem. You have no idea how my heart felt when I got the call that the car was fixed. My family didn’t have to stay at a hotel! It was the end of the day on a Saturday, John and his team didn’t have to go out of their way for them. I can’t put it into words, how grateful I am to John and his team. Staunton, VA is lucky to how a dealership that will go above and beyond for people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

From the first encounter for service. To what ultimately became a trade-in transaction, my 2018 Crosstrek, for a 2025 Crosstrek, at no point did Flow create a sense of mistrust. Quite the opposite. Service representatives were engaging, respectful, willing to provide what ever I needed to ensure my comfort. A sense that my car, my dog, and myself were in competent, thorough and knowledgable hands. Professionals. Plain and simple. This ultimately brought to a state of trust that moved me to say “yes” to trading in my car for the newer model. The transaction for this trade-in was handled with patience. Every action was to ensure that our business was beneficial for both buyer and seller was made evident. Among my first financial management lessons was the old maxim: “You get what you pay for.” My interactions with Flow Subaru of Charlottesville have left me with a sense that I belong to something bigger than just a business, consumer relationship. This is important. Very much so. What lingers in me is the sense that they know, understand, and most importantly; demonstrate this vital necessary relationship. I went in for service on my Chevy Blazer, previously having had good experience with their service department. I was sorely disappointed with their overblown estimates for work I have since found was not required. The work they did do was extremely sloppy and transmission fluid after a flush has been found all over the underbelly of my car. Dripping on my garage floor for the last few weeks putting my dogs at risk is the worst thing I can say about them though. I would never recommend them!

Spent $18,000 on a 11 year old car (first time purchaser, inexperienced) and after 12 months I've put at least another $3,500 into it and still I have endless problems. Fix one thing an something else breaks. Free Bridge salesmen will tell you bring it in and they will fix it no charge. Just to give you an extensive bill once you actually deal with the service center. Owner called me about bad google review and proceeded to berate and insult me for not wanting them to work on my vehicle. All in all I've paid about $21,000 for a car that lasted around 13,000 miles before it became a constant source of stress.
