Outstanding Dealership to work with. On time, communication was great, answered every question with speed and knowledge of the vehicle I bought. This was a internet buy and you know how concerned I must have Been. Alyssa was top notch and highly recommend calling her. Frankie the salesperson was right on point and gave the assurance and pictures I requested to ensure a flawless deal was made. Finally, The General Manager (Frank) gave a follow up call to ensure I was happy on the deal. I would highly recommend this dealership and the names listed above as key members for excellent service . I would definitely buy again from them, and even another internet buy. P.S I had the vehicle shipped to me and it arrived on time in excellent condition. The driver ( I don't recall his name ) was outstanding as well.

Josh Staggs was my salesman and he was amazing and made everything seamless. I live in TN, so they had to deliver it to me, so I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Joe and his Wife Debbie. Service estimate was $100 lower than what was charged, $880 paid and truck electrical system worse than when brought in for repairs. Waiting on next appointment and I’m unsure they know what they are doing. Should have took to a different dealership, was told my problem would be personally handled by service manager, not done and upper management assured I’d get my truck fixed right. My review on Facebook will not be good and others can read about lack of skill or knowledge to work on trucks! I expected better quality of work from a certified chevy service department. Notified store general manager about my newest issue 2 days ago and no reply! Another disappointment!

The sales and finance people were helpful and courteous. I bought a certified preowned Silverado and in the first couple weeks found a problem. I took the truck back. They looked at the problem and said yes, we will take care of it. They provided a loaner and made it right with my truck.

Service department charged me for work I did not approve of. Car has gone through 5 serpentine belts within a month of service (did not have a problem before). Allegedly gave my car an alignment, but the steering shook more after the service was done than before.

I was browsing Ramey’s Website and found a pre-owned Lexus which I liked. The Lexus was on their Richlands lot. I contacted them via E-mail to get more information about the vehicle and to discuss pricing. I exchanged multiple E-mails with Sidney Smith and Brandon Sheets. After we had basically negotiated a deal via E-mail, my wife and I traveled to the Ramey-Richlands dealership to test drive the vehicle. While driving the vehicle, we discovered that the windshield had a tiny chip / pit, which the dealership promptly had repaired to our satisfaction at their cost. We then finalized the deal. While visiting the dealership, we met with Brandon Sheets (manager), Christian Yates (sales), Frank Browning (sales), Eugene Hilton (sales), and Chance Moore (finance). All of them were very professional, courteous, friendly, cooperative, and helpful. This was our first experience with the Ramey-Richlands dealership, and it was very positive. We would not hesitate to deal with the Ramey-Richlands staff again for future vehicle purchases.

I have bought over eight different vehicles the last fifteen years, some new and some used, and I have experienced the typical ups and downs that come with such life experiences. Some purchases went smoothly, while others proved problematic, including one situation in which I had to sue a dealership in Kernersville, NC (and won). I even purchased a truck from Ramey in Princeton only to encounter a great deal of frustration in securing a second key for the truck (I never got it after several communications on my end). I've got to say though that my recent purchase of a 2015 Dodge Challenger at Ramey Tazewell has by far been my best experience with a car dealership to date. Our salesperson, Frank Hall, was kind, courteous, and easy to work with. I contacted the Internet sales after I saw the price drop on the car to what amounted to a good deal and was treated like a valued customer from the initial email response. We purchased a warranty that included protectant stain spray for the interior and exterior and had to take the car back two weeks later for the service. Frank set me up in a nicer loaner vehicle than he really needed to, and when I picked the Challenger back up it had been detailed all over from front to back, looking as it did when we drove it off the lot. I am very impressed with the sales staff at this dealership. Frank Hall and Ramey of Tazewell have earned our future business.
