I went into the dealership tonight for one mission and that was to test drive the Santa Fe. I was greeted by J.O. who from the beginning was very helpful! We test drove two cars and she had all the info I needed. She was great and very knowledgeable!

Best car buying experience EVER! Everyone I dealt with there was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. At no time did I feel pressured in any way, and the purchase went smoothly and quickly compared to most other car purchases I have made. Had one minor issue a few days after buying the car and they took care of it immediately, even though I bought the car used and they owed me nothing. Will recommend LKN Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!

Now known as Hyundai of Union County Monroe NC. We agreed upon a price on a vehicle. Drove in to take a look and suddenly they forget the agreed upon price. They are pulling the old bait and switch scam. I drove over an hour to get to the dealership wasting my time and gas. I am 0 for 2 with dealerships in Monroe. Not sure why I keep returning. Lesson learned. Monroe is not the place to purchase a vehicle apparently. They contacted me stating they had good news. I aint falling for that scam again. My suggestion is to search in the Huntersville Mooresvile area. You may pay a little more but the quality seems to be better for some reason. AND there is no bait and switch scam. Being lied to just hard to get over.

Bought a new Palisade from Modern Concord. Our salesman was Hugo Marin and he did a super job. His customer service was outstanding before, during and after the sale. Paul Dozier (Finance Mgr.) was also outstanding. Would recommend this dealership along with Hugo and Paul to anyone!

This facility is relatively new, and the building is impressive, located at 10518 Cadillac Street in Pineville/Charlotte. I recently leased a 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz, and I am extremely satisfied with the care and individualized attention I received from the Sales Manager, Mr. Fred Collymore. Fred was truly exceptional. He was patient, kind, and highly flexible, ensuring I never felt pressured or rushed during the process. Together with his outstanding Sales Team, which includes Tavarus Mcelvaine and Dylan Beery, they handled my lease with the utmost care and attention. As an active physician who travels to various sites, finding the right vehicle was crucial for me. I also needed a reliable vehicle for my journeys between New York and North Carolina. I am incredibly grateful to Fred for going above and beyond to help me secure the right car. During the negotiation process, I found Fred and his team to be dignified and fair. Tavarus Mcelvaine, my salesman, was knowledgeable and courteous. I had many questions, and Tavarus was always willing to provide the right answers. Worst dealership! Bought 4 cars from Hyundai statesville and this was the worse experience we had!!!!! The managers didn’t say a word to us and sat in their cubicle! When we picked up the car no one helped us but the receptionist! The mangers were there but not our salesman! She gave us a screwdriver to change our plates and no one even came out to show us things about the car!!!!!! I Will Never buy another car from your dealership!!!!! I spoke to Mett before going to this dealership. I told him the payment that I was willing to pay. I gave him all of my information and he supposedly ran the numbers and advised me that he had 4 vehicles that would definitely fit that payment...his words were "No Problem...we can do that!!!. Once I arrived., we looked at the cars that I had to choose from, I chose the one that I liked and after waiting for well over an hour was told that the payments would be 200 dollars more than what I was told. I could understand if I hadn't gave him my info, then they would be able to say its dependent upon credit score etc, but he had that info. This was simply a deceptive sales tactic to get me there. Another customer who was there told me that she was done the same way, just be honest with people!! I still bought a vehicle but I don't feel good about it at all!! Beware!! I have 2 relatives that will be down next month specifically to buy two cars...They wanted brand new Hyundais, I need a upfront and trustworthy place to take them!! The way that I was treated here was so very unfair, you would think they would have given me a free oil change or something!! Lol, not funny at all! Deal with people like you would want them to deal with you!! That's 2 huge sales that they lost!!!
