Sold a Defective 2025 Wagoneer S – "New" Contract, "Lemon" Quality
I am currently dealing with an unacceptable situation at Joey Accardi CDJR. I purchased a 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S that exhibited defects starting on the second day of ownership. Four months later, the issues are unresolved, and the dealership's "solutions" are insulting.
Mechanical Failures: The vehicle suffers from persistent electrical glitches, an inoperable navigation system, and broken Auto-Hold buttons. Most concerningly, the SOS/Emergency buttons are non-functional, making this a safety hazard. To make matters worse, the service department has wasted my time by holding the vehicle for days, only to admit they ordered the wrong parts.
Deceptive Practices: This vehicle was pitched to me as a "Demo" unit, but was contracted as "New." When the defects made the car unusable, the General Manager discussed a collateral swap for a non-defective unit. However, instead of simply replacing the "New" car I paid for, the sales team attempted to raise my monthly payment by $300/month.
They refused to stand behind their product without charging me a premium to fix their own error. Save yourself the stress and buy your Jeep elsewhere.
