I would like to comment on Tony Carroll, Service Manager. - jjandanchor

I would like to comment on Tony Carroll, Service Manager. He was the most accommodating person I have ever met at a dealership or any business! A true asset to have him at Schumacher. He is a marvelous teacher and example for people in the business of service.

Andres is just not a helpful representative. - Twp9999

Andres is just not a helpful representative. He would rather argue than sell a car. Does not answer questions about the vehicle. This guy writes endless emails about wanting to talk on the phone but does not answer a question. You know the type...if I tell you the answer up front you may not come down to be talked into a different vehicle. I have bought 10 cars from the dealership and have my vehicles serviced and they have great people. This guy just lost a sale on teh last day of the month for them

I have used car Buick GMC to have my GMC Sierra serviced. - Alf600

I have used car Buick GMC to have my GMC Sierra serviced. The last time I was there in April, I was very disappointed. I brought my truck in to be repaired and they said that they could not find anything wrong. I eventually found another dealership and they repaired the problem. It was the fuel pump module. Why couldn't they find it? They told me to pick it up it, could not find the problem. When there was a problem and my battery kept getting run down. Only good thing that happened was that there was no charge.
