I brought my car to Joey Accardi for body work and service. After keeping it for months, they returned it with a check engine light on and other unresolved issues — problems that weren’t there when I dropped it off.
Instead of fixing their mistakes, they told me I had to sign a release form before they’d take any action. When I posted a review about my experience, I was pressured to take it down and contacted by Julie Chapman’s lawyer, Jennifer, who sent me a demand letter — clearly trying to intimidate me into silence instead of making things right.
I’ve made the demand letter available to view in my Google review so people can see for themselves how they handle unhappy customers. This is not how any business should treat someone who simply wants their car fixed properly.
Now I’m left with a non-working vehicle and legal threats. Be very careful before trusting this dealership with your vehicle.
