Today my elderly mother took her 2020 Ford Escape in for factory service. She was treated poorly by one of two service personnel and he was very inattentive to her needs or concerns with the vehicle. After a short time period, she was advised her vehicle service was completed but found no reason for the service display wrench icon, speculating that her oil simply needed changed. This vehicle was purchased new from Waikem Ford & has less than 17,000 miles. She was charged $90 for an oil change & tire rotation. The service rep also failed to deduct a $10 service coupon she presented prior to the vehicle being serviced, promising to make it up to her "next time." After speaking with her today, I can assure the Diehl management team both in Massillon & Butler PA she nor any other member of our family will patronize any of your dealerships again for service or sales. We have long supported the Waikem family of dealerships having lived in the Massillon area for over 55 years. My wife & I personally have purchased over 12 new & used cars from Waikem over the decades but no longer. Perhaps Corinna Diehl needs more stringent oversight of the Massillon operations to ensure the total lack of concern to customers is remedied but any corrective action will be too late for us.

Dishonest, Shady business on a 2005 Jeep Liberty Sport - roland.willock

Rollback the odometer on a 2003 Jeep Liberty. When questioned the incongruence. Frank Faragone stated that it was a typographical error on the car fax report and that if I wasn't satisfied with the car when I picked it up I would get my money back. I sent my brother to pick get the car because I was traveling at the time. He found a car that was smoking and driving very rough. He told them the car was unacceptable and was told in return that it was a done deal even after what Frank. My brother loudly told them that he was not going take smoking and rough car. Frank, realizing that there were other customers on site and didn't want them to know of there dishonesty and shady business, reluctantly wrote on the "I owe you" about the smoking and rough driving. I took the car to a mechanic who found a leaking valve cover gasket, two burnt cylinders with blown head gasket, a leaking corroded fuel rail with two completely clogged fuel injectors, stop leak and saw dust found in transmission. Called the Scott at Autos direct who told me to fax the invoice of the defects and repairs which I did. I have not gotten response from them since. Beware and Stay away from this dealer.

I will never, ever buy a Mazda from anywhere other than Mazda of Bedford. We have purchased several new and used Mazdas from this dealer and the experience is top-notch, from start to finish. Sure, the new showroom is gorgeous. Sure, the salespeople are friendly, respectful, and helpful without being pushy. But that's a minimum expectation for a dealership, in my opinion. What separates Mazda of Bedford from other dealers is the team working behind the scenes to support customers. Example 1: six years ago I was working in my home garage on a significant repair to our CX-9. It was a holiday weekend, so I knew I would have an extra day to do the job. BUT, I needed a part that could only be found at the dealership. I called, and they had it. This was late morning on a Saturday. I talked to the parts department and told them I was on my way there as fast I could get there. TWO guys in parts waited an extra 15 minutes after their closing time on a holiday weekend so I could pick up the part. They also talked me through some of the challenges I could anticipate when swapping out the old part for the new one. This is the kind of service and support I have always gotten from their parts department. Example 2: Milo in the service department. Hands down the BEST person you could work with when having your car serviced. He is honest, friendly, and direct. If it's an easy job, he'll let you know and encourage you to get it taken care of sooner rather than later. If it's bad news, he gives it to you straight and lets you talk through options. No judgment, no pressure. If you are thinking of buying a Mazda, do it. They're great cars. And buy it from Mazda of Bedford. I drive past a couple Mazda dealers to reach this one, and I always will!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I Purchased a vehicle from Tom the sales manager. Im in Virginia. When the truck arrived I noticed the engine light came on so I took it to my dealer they told me it needed almost 11k in repairs. I took out the best warranty the offered. the warranty company would not cover the repairs because they said it was pre existing. I called Tom and he kept putting it off by telling me he would look into it. So I picked my truck up from the dealership then the brakes were grinding like crazy so I took it to another garage that cost me $2100 to fix. I called Tom back to tell him just to find out he was no longer there. I then spoke to Bill who refuses to call me back. I even told them I was going to ship the truck back to them. They said that would be considered a voluntary repo which would hurt my credit. Bill said if I wanted to take a loss on the truck I could trade it in. This was my first time buying a truck online and it will be my last.

We drove up from Pennsylvania (Summer of 2025) to check out a car my son had seen on-line. He had called prior and asked if they could HOLD the car a few days until we were able to make the trip and they kindly accommodated us. We arrived, took the car on a test drive with no rush, questioned a couple things and Steve took care of them all including mailing us a new part for window locks. We then went into the Finance Room with Irving (after my son and I hung out in their beautiful & welcoming snack room to debate & discuss with each other regarding our financial options) and this wonderful young finance kid was top notch. He gave & explained different options for us from different BANKS they deal with out of many and actually beat the rates of our pre-approved Pennsylvania Credit Union ! I asked many questions and they were so patient with us. Never pressured us, never rushed us even as closing time was approaching. It was a smooth, quick process for us. We found them friendly, likeable, professional, & totally accommodating. Even filled the car with gas for our drive back to Pennsylvania ! All paperwork from State to State came within 30 days. Loved KDK experience and would definitely make the trip again AND I'M JUST THE MOM !!! 🚙🥰

Wanted to leave a down payment on a car was told they do not accept the down payment. Call them Tuesday morning, on our way with cash in hand before they open and was told somebody put money down on the car and it is no longer available. Would like to know why they would not accept my down payment, but did accept somebody else’s terrible terrible business.

This is one of the worst experiences with a car finance company and the car that I have with them. sold a car to me that had not been checked over, seat belt was broken, brakes was making noise and somehow it passed an !MOT with that problem.with in the first week i had problems with it.should have never passed the mot.i should have a working and a safe car which i have kids, i don't feel safe driving with my kids in it. I'm paying £356 for a car that has problems. That is not fair i expect to have a car with no problems at all. that's why i got the car on finance. it's going to cost me £750 to repair the car whereas the clutch is gone after 5 months of having the car. I called the finance about the situation they said it's my problem they cant help me at all, they said when they gave me the car it was driveable and in good condition, that i should of serviced the clutch. has any one that has a car serviced their clutch for their car let me know please.only doing 7000 miles and having the car for 5 months please tell me if i should be having so much problems.my wife is out of work due to the car not driveable and i told the finance people on the phone. told them about the situation they said im am still able to fund repairing the car and paying for the finance of the car. this is so unfair and wrong no help at all with the finance company.they have no empathy on the situation what so ever and i'm totally shocked and upset how i am being treated. i have had several different cars and older cars then this one done more mileage aswell they have never given me any problems. as 7 seater family car i wouldn't expect the clutch to go on a 7 years old car and only recently serviced as well by the company that gave me the car.the clutch failed when my wife was going up a hill it rolled backed nearly hitting the car behind .i asked to speak to their manager they refused it because they said that the case was closed disgusting. The reason for getting a car on finance is to make a living for my family and right now this is stressing me and causing me to have strong migraines. not in a million years i was expecting this to happen to me. It was my first time in a dealership ever and someone recommended this person to me, only god knows why. Spent 8+ hours here when my kid sat at home with grandma. Was my absolute very first time at a dealership by MYSELF and I told Sierra that. She didn’t give a ****. I cried in her office while she talked to some “manager”. A week after I bought the car, the brakes went out and my car was smoking. Not even a year later, my engine is rattling when she told me she couldn’t budge on the 25k price point for a piece of **** 2015 Jeep Compass with a broken radio. She told me that “a co signer didn’t matter” when I had a 630+ credit score. Will never xxxxing go back if someone paid me. I will only see people that people recommend from the Honda side of the dealership because they’re the only people that know what the absolute xxxx what they’re talking about.
