I bought a new (demo) 330xi from Basney BMW, and the experience was incredibly smooth and no pressure. Denny Moss and the whole Basney team were fabulous throughout the process. They had the best price of any BMW dealer in the area (including the Chicago area), and gave me a very good price for my trade. It's so refreshing to work with a dealer that's fair, honest, and puts customer service first. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

I experienced damage from road debris that debilitated my new BMW. Matt and the team went out of their way on so many levels to get me back on the road. They could not locate the required part so they took what they needed off a new vehicle on their lot and made the necessary repairs in time for me to continue my journey as scheduled. Their commitment to excellence and total customer satisfaction is exemplary - I would rate them 10 stars.
