Best new car buying experience ever! Had to buy the wife a new 2025 Escape. Her last Escape (2018) finally gave out after 155,000 trouble free miles. Anthony Brewer was our salesman. Anthony and I had texted back and forth( which I greatly appreciated) earlier in the day. Anthony was able to find a new Escape on their lot that was better equipped and priced less than a similar vehicle at a different dealer. Anthony and the finance guy Travis (Tater) were awesome to work with! They were attentive to our needs, truthfully answered all of our questions and seemed to be great people! 6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the ignition lock security upgrade. For this particular visit; our experience was 5 star. John Czarniak, the Service Advisor, "rolled out the red carpet", and treated us like family. Our car was done sooner than expected, and we were happy to have the security upgrade. While I was in the write up area, I noticed that the several mechanical techs working on the cars all seemed to be working hard to get the cars done, and out. Our service experience was great.

Absolutely the BEST dealership we've ever been to! John in the service department went above and beyond to fix our car. He was so professional and told us, in detail, the repairs needed. It had MAJOR repairs and was all fixed within a one week time period and for a reasonable price. We will drive the half hour anytime in the future to go to this dealership!

My vehicle was at LaFontaine for a 50/60,000 mile check. I also asked for an oil change and stated that I had no problems to report. Work was done in a timely fashion. Staff was courteous and on-top of the process. My only disappointment was to find that there was no reporting back to me as far as battery check, fluid levels or tire air pressure. You would think that that amount of miles would have included a tire rotation. My history has shown that since the dealership change from Pfeiffer Lincoln that I have to ask point blank for everything and leave nothing to chance. My receipt also says nothing about fluid level so I have to assume they checked and are ok. Pfeiffer always had a very specific checklist with associated levels for everything. Leaves me wondering rather than assured since I use the dealership where I purchased my vehicle as my only maintenance. My vehicle in a 2016 Lincoln MKX, on which I still carry Lincoln Extended Warranty and purchased new in early 2017. Current mileage is 62,259 miles and is receives maintenance on average 3 times per year since new.
