Dino was great in assisting and answering all of my questions. Unfortunately, my GMC 2019 Denali Terrain is a piece of garbage at 77,000 miles (nothing but problems since purchasing it. I would never purchase another GM product. I'll go back to Ford or another manufacture.

The service department is responsive, knowledgeable and customer focused. My most recent experience the team was very punctual. I was in at my appointment time and my truck was serviced immediately. The service representative continuously keep updated on any immediate service needs and completed all paperwork while the truck was being washed. I have been a customer for over seven years and a noticeable improvement in responsiveness is noticeable.

Bought a used BMW from these guys around 2020. First sign was shady financing- I was offered a single 11% APR rate and found 3% with a personal credit union. For comparison I recently purchased a used Mazda with Russ Darrow and they sent our info out to 32 banks to get us the best rate and ended up getting us 5% flat in 2025 which at the time was unheard of, beating the personal credit union rate I had come to the table with so there ARE places that do this better. The car got a flat tire 9 months after purchase so we towed it to the shop and said might as well have it checked out. At that time we found over 14k in critical repairs (we bought it for 17k 9mo ago). Their own shop, Zimbrick repairs explained to me that one of the issues was a large structural metal under plate of the car body was missing and I almost laughed out loud- it was something like 2k to replace. There is no way in xxxx that fell off while I was driving it, because I would have heard a large metal plate release from the underside of my car. These guys either sold us a lemon on purpose or did not do proper due diligence to know what they were selling - either of which are reasons to stay clear. They are more interested in a quick dollar than helping you find the car you need.
