My wife and I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Don Larson Ford. The experience was literally the smoothest process I've ever experienced when buying a car. Dominic and Chad were both friendly and helpful and even stayed late to help us with our needs on a Saturday. In the last 10 years I have purchased close to 30 vehicles and my experience with Kayser ranks at the top. I dealt mainly with Brent, but also Brandon and Adam and all three were great. This was a distance purchase so all 3 went out of their way to make sure all my needs and questions were taken care of in a timely fashion. There were no games most dealers like to play, constant communication, good lease price on the vehicle, and they even sent a driver to pick me up since I lived 2 hours away from the dealership. It doesn't get better than that. Other dealerships could take a page or two from the Kayser Sales playbook. A+++

I can not say enough about how awesome my whole experience with AutoConnectionZ was! The physical location is called Jim O’Connor Select Auto. That is exactly what it is, select. After arriving to have a test drive, I noticed that every single vehicle on the lot was super clean. The 2019 Honda Odyssey I purchased looked, and drove, like it was brand new. From the first email to driving off the lot was nothing short of professionalism and courtesy at it’s finest. I was given a more than fair amount on my trade in, which I wasn’t planning on doing until Jim made me an offer. The price I paid was roughly 10K less than the ones I was finding in Chicago that were no where near as in great condition. During our conversations, I was told that if they didn’t have the exact vehicle I was looking for that Geoff would have found it for me. Look no further if you want a great deal and an excellent experience.

The only thing I wish that would’ve happened was the extra coverage would’ve been an option for an add on. Me and my S/O purchased a Chrysler 300 S on August 31, - Plk2025

Me and my S/O purchased a Chrysler 300 S on August 31, 2024. After we left with the car two days later, we noticed that the check engine light came on. We messaged Jared our dealer who responded to us saying he did not appreciate being messaged over the weekend and that he would contact us during business hours. We never received a call. We bought the car with 60,000 miles on it and the car says that it’s all-wheel-drive on the paper that we received from them. Well, we never received the call so we brought it to one shop, and there was a whole bunch of codes that popped up going from transmission issues to other smaller things to more major things we got what we could fixed couple thousand dollars later we’re still having issues and then it progresses and we notice that when it’s shifting from rear wheel drive to all wheel drive, the car is struggling to do that shifting way too hard. It’s hesitating it’s jerking forward so we bring it back to the shop. Say the issues getting worse and they can’t look deeper due to the customizations, the car came with an airlift suspension, they weren’t comfortable with doing that so we found another shop who would do it will bring it to them a couple weeks later when they had availability and they tell us the airlift system has a leak in it. The CV axle is completely shattered. The tires are too completely different sizes and that we are not able to drive the car this needs to be fixed. It’s unsafe this is a problem. We have a child so we leave the car with them. We give them the OK to fix it and they take the air system out and the replace the CV axle. We bring it to another shop to get the new tires and rims on the car and all of this is costing us a couple thousands of dollars we obviously get really upset because we bought the car for our child and we can travel to and from work to and from schools and daycare and all of this and we’re unable to do that with this car all of this took place over the span of six months we call the dealership when one of the shops tells us that the CV axel is completely broken and we spoke with someone and they said that they’ll fix it but their way of fixing it is tearing out the entire all-wheel-drive system and that should fix it and make the car rear wheel drive. They said that this was going to fix our problem and that there’s no way that the two different tire sizes were going to cause the CV axle to be completely shattered when we had four separate people from four separate shops telling us that this is what caused it eventually we get it all fixed. We’re still having some issues to this day with the rocker arms with lifter ticks. Fast-forward to yesterday, my significant other, received a call from them and they offered him $3000 and to provide all the receipts from everything we declined for obvious reasons because they only did that after he put a review, they then started to argue with us saying that everything that those shops told us was wrong and that none of those problems should’ve happened and that we were extremely rude to them and just yelling at us they then proceeded to say that everything happened after 30,000 miles on the car, we bought the car with 60,330 miles on the odometer The car to this day has not even hit 100,000 miles yet so there’s no way that it all happened within six months of having the car after 30,000 miles. reading a lot of these past reviews. We realize we are not the only ones that are going through this with them I 100% would suggest anyone stay away. They also then stated that the car was a show car that was black in color, but the paperwork doesn’t state that it was a show car and the car is manufactured white there has never been black gloss paint on that car. They also left The previous owners information inside the car so we did get ahold of them ask them questions about the car and they said that they sold the car due to having issues such as the driving and engine, and they didn’t want to deal with it.
