I had a positive experience with this dealership, which I would rate as five stars. I found a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt LT sedan online, listed at a fair market price. The salesperson, Chance, was kind and professional. After a test drive, I was pleased with the vehicle's condition, considering its age and mileage. The engine had life left, transmission shifted smoothly, and brakes stopped the car without issue. However, there were some drawbacks, including a loud whining sound under the hood and wandering at highway speeds. The turn signal stalk needed repair, and the back windows didn't work. Despite these issues, I was happy with the price and negotiated a deal. The dealership addressed the issues and kept me updated on the maintenance. Overall, I was impressed with the dealership's service and would recommend them.

I found a truck I wanted and thought we were close to a deal. Then Shayna got involved. She was pushy, arrogant and condescending. I made the decision to not deal with her or the dealership. The customer service manager called me 2 weeks later to check if I was satisfied with the service. While I was telling him the issues, I could hear him having a conversation with another employee. He assured me that the general manager would get involved. I have never heard back. I do not recommend them on any level. Exceptionally poor professionalism.

My car is a Braun handicap accessible vehicle that I took for service at Jay Hatfield Mobility. My experience was horrible there! Had my car for 4 days, looked at it 1 day and stated “we don’t know what’s wrong with it, come get it”. Even though they did find a drain on the battery. Picked it up, brought it home and the next day battery was dead again. Syd was rude in the service dept and he was very unprofessional and absolutely no interest in fixing my issue! Since then it was towed to United Access were they are more than willing to keep It until it’s fixed!!

Mechanic stated recall work to update airbag had been done airbag light continued to come on, This happened twice. Finally took to another dealer and the repairs had not been done. . Later found out the airbag would not have worked if happen to be in a wreck. Would NOT recommend service department.

We were at Wood Motor Company buying some parts for my 1969 Chevrolet and mentioned to Jim Hilton the Parts Manger, that it might be time for a truck. He surprised us with his detailed knowledge of inventory that aligned to what my wife was looking for and that sparked her interest. Jim introduced us to Reed James in sales and two days later we closed a deal on a new Silverado High Country. Billy McCutcheon demonstrated the truck's nearly endless features before we drove it off the lot. We are very pleased with the great deal on a new Chevy and a competitive price for a BMW trade. I guess that's what you'd expect from great place full of great people. Wood Motor Company delivered much more than just a vehicle. We will be going back there again.
