SUPERIOR is a good one-word description of this Service Dept. I dealt with Shelby to order the parts plus schedule the work on the cars, and Alex during the repair procedures. Please keep in mind, I have been disappointed all too often. I manage a fleet of vehicles about 40 miles away from Siloam Springs. We have two Ford dealers located much closer, but they lack the simple technique of "taking care of the customer". I was impressed with the way that this Service Dept works in conjunction with the Parts Dept. 1) I told them my problem, 2) they took the info on the car, 3) ordered the part, 4) scheduled me to bring it in, and 5) completed repairs above my expectations. Wow, what a concept! Attention: "All Other" Ford Dealers--- This is how you do business! The folks in Siloam Springs should not take this place for granted... they are a local treasure! Thanks and keep up the great work!

I have never had a bad experience in all the times I have brought my Edge in for service at this dealership. The staff is professional and and courteous. The place has the feel of a small town dealership! When we sell our Edge, we plan to buy a Bronco because I feel I will get a good price at this dealership.

Took truck in for recall service and blind spot sensor - Dmurray44

Took truck in for recall service and blind spot sensor not working. I was told to leave it for an extra couple days because I was close to being out of warranty so the blind spot sensor would be covered by warranty. After a week of having my truck and saying the sensor adjustment failed after 2 twice and they needed to order parts. Then I was told it looked like a rock or road debris hit it so it would not be covered by warranty and it would be over $1500. Not sure how it took a week to figure that out but I was very disappointed with the service.

Just wanted to leave a review for this dealership and my sales lady. Jennifer Thomason works at James Hodge Ford, my nephew told me how their family had the best car buying experience they ever had with her so I wanted to reach out to her. I drove up to Muskogee as soon as I pulled on the lot she had the vehicle I wanted pulled up front full of gas and cleaned for me, we went for a test drive and she was very knowledgeable. Once back at the store I told her I was ready to buy the vehicle. I was at the dealership a total of 45 mins start to finish. The managers were awesome and not pushy at all. I will be a James Hodge customer for life!!! When you think about buying go to James Hodge Ford and ask for Jennifer Thomason! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

First thought when it's time to car shop. Go when the Dealer-ship is closed. I've always been a Ford Truck person. When looking for my new truck and features I wanted, Don Pullen was there with all the right answers and suggestions. Has my vote when buying a new truck and Salesman by my side.
