I live out of state (3 hours) they stuck to their word and gave me what they stated for my trade in, didnt have to hassle over price, hidden fees, add ons, etc. Processed the paperwork. Helped out with anything that I needed to get moved over. Would definitely buy from this dealer and its sister Classic Chevy stores again! I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test drive a VW Arteon, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer. John Diggs is a dishonest and rude manager. The dealership lost my tags and he lied about it. I leased a car from them. When I went to pick up my plates and tags, he initially told me they lost them and that I would have to go to the DMV to request new ones. After I insisted that he look harder, he messaged me on a Wednesday to tell me they found them. I got there on a Saturday to pick them up, but they only had the plates and gave me a photocopy of the tags. When I asked where the tags were, he told me he mailed them the prior Monday. However, when he messaged me on Wednesday to pick up the plates AND tags, he never mentioned this. It also makes no sense because they already knew I was coming to pick them up, so why would they mail them to me? I asked for a tracking number and he said they didn't have one and he got angry when I pressed him to explain how any of that made sense to me. He kept speaking over me and yelling in a very unprofessional manner. This dealership has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. There are numerous other issues I've had with this dealership, and I am finally writing a review and making a complaint with GM.
