The service department is an absolute joke. I filed my first warranty claim seven months ago and have since left 12 voicemails. Not one has been returned. I have a brand new Colorado that is leaking a quart of oil a month, the latest OTA update drains the battery if it sits for 48 hours, and there is a dent in the roof from their carwash, which is a known issue with a service bulletin.
They have made and canceled multiple appointments. I am now completely without a working vehicle, no loaner, no updates, and no timeline.
To make matters worse, I recently found out my service advisor flat out lied to me. Back on February 11th, he told me I was on the waitlist for a loaner. I wasn’t. He never submitted anything.
I only finally received an email promising a call "first thing Monday" after filing official complaints with the Texas Attorney General, the BBB, and GM. Of course, no one ever called. Total silence ever since.
The sales experience was great, but everything after that has been a complete dumpster fire. This is hands down the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. If you expect basic honesty, communication, or competent service, go anywhere else.
