I took my VW in for its 20k mile service appointment. Shelby greeted me on the service drive with a friendly smile. I explained why I was there and what I wanted done. She explained that they would do an inspection and go over the cost before any repairs are done. I had a concern regarding my windshield and she said she would have them look at it. They had my vehicle back to the technician very quickly. They were able to get everything done in a timely manner. Southwest Volkswagen service department is amazing.

Avoid this dealership at all costs The service department is an absolute joke. I filed my first warranty claim seven months ago and have since left 12 voicemails. Not one has been returned. I have a brand new Colorado that is leaking a quart of oil a month, the latest OTA update drains the battery if it sits for 48 hours, and there is a dent in the roof from their carwash, which is a known issue with a service bulletin. They have made and canceled multiple appointments. I am now completely without a working vehicle, no loaner, no updates, and no timeline. To make matters worse, I recently found out my service advisor flat out lied to me. Back on February 11th, he told me I was on the waitlist for a loaner. I wasn’t. He never submitted anything. I only finally received an email promising a call "first thing Monday" after filing official complaints with the Texas Attorney General, the BBB, and GM. Of course, no one ever called. Total silence ever since. The sales experience was great, but everything after that has been a complete dumpster fire. This is hands down the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. If you expect basic honesty, communication, or competent service, go anywhere else.

The experience from introductions to signing was excellent. This team is friendly, down to earth and helpful. I found the truck on line, made contact with the dealership, worked out a price, worked out financing and eventually bought plane ticket and flew to Texas. The dealership had arranged for Bill to pick me up and drive me to the dealership. The trip was a pleasure, Bill was great company and a good driver. My salesman Josh was there to greet me, show me the vehicle and do a test drive and help me through paperwork. James the used vehicle manager helped us complete the transaction, and Randall the finance manager helped me with the necessary documents before arrival and after departure. I drove the pick up home. Bill even helped me plan the best route out of town to get home, and escorted me for the first few miles. These are good people.

Hi! I would like to share my experience with my fiancé and his foster dad!! 🙌 I put a 1 ⭐️. We got a 2015 Mini Cooper Sport pre-owned for 2k downpayment! We put the money down, and walked out with no documentation!! 😄 Dealership’s are legally required to give it to us.. their bank they set us up with was very disrespectful, they complete ignored my concerns that I didn’t own a SUV since they asked if I owned one from them, that the Mini cooper was for me in my name and that my fiancé was borrowing it because he has work. They disliked the idea he was driving it and claimed me for buying the car just for my fiancé. A “straw purchase” which is nothing compared to what they are claiming. Even then it’s not their issue or matter if a married couple shares a vehicle. The car insurance should care. Due to the bank disliking it they declined my documents. I explained they didn’t understand and miscommunicated. Then dealership demanded the car back. We contacted over and over again, asking if we could have our documents since we didn’t get it the day we put money on the car. We also asked for documents that we are getting our money back, preferably cash, not check for safety. They took our vehicle the same night they told us it doesn’t matter if we get the papers or not. And being disrespectful to my fiancé over the phone. We have screen shots of chats, the picture of one paper they gave us for the cars paper tag, and screen shots towards the things their doing is illegal!! They broke so many laws just to get the car back from us without documents or money back. 🙃

First time that I have been to this dealership. They are a smaller dealership; but the interaction with the service manager was as attentive and professional as any other dealership I have dealt with in the past. The initial length of time till diagnosis of the issues that we brought our vehicle in for was a longer than anticipated. However, the service manager warned us up front of a backlog in diagnostics. It was our decision to leave the vehicle there anyway. Initial repairs were completed satisfactorily and additional service is scheduled. We'll go back here when future problems arise.

I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rouge via online. My salesman was Abe. I asked him to point out every single imperfection on the vehicle so I could decide if it would be the right purchase, or if I needed To negotiate based on damage. He told me the car was very clean. He said there were only two nicks on the car and sent me a picture of them. He completely made me believe that these were the only 2 things wrong. He told me the car was super clean and would be a great vehicle. When he delivered the car yesterday, I noticed a bad mark on the hood that they had put a clear film over. Someone had poorly tried to touch up paint on it, which was not even the correct paint and it was then covered with their $1300 clear coat protective thing they try to charge on top of everything. When I drove the car the next day to work, I noticed major imperfections. There is a big scrape on the right front end and multiple scrapes with paint off on the both sides of the front end. There is a nick out of the leather on the inside center console/armrest. There is a hole in the material on the back passenger seat. I sent a message to Abe to let him know that I was not happy and what I had found. He did not have the courage to call me and had a "manager" named David call me. David completely over talked me and tried to come up with excuses, including telling me the nick on top of the hood probably happened when Abe was driving it to where I live. I told him no that they had touched it up with what looks like somebody put some paint on their finger and dabbed it on a hole on the hood and then it was underneath that $1300 protective thing they add to the vehicle to charge more money. He kept over talking me and telling me that there's a risk involved when purchasing a used car and not all used cars are perfect, etc. He would not let me speak. I explained to him that I knew he was going to say something like this. He did not offer any resolve. He did ask for me to forward the pictures for review. I have asked for the owner's name to make a complaint. This vehicle needs to be fixed because I was sold this vehicle under faulse information.

Again, Broderick and the sales team worked with the service department to make sure that everything was taken care of and made the whole experience seamless. Daniel Puc is a professional who listened to what I wanted and found it without any pressure. The atmosphere is very laid back and he made the deal without ever talking to anyone else until I decided I wanted it. The final deal was lower than expected and I never had to talk to anyone but Daniel. I dreaded car shopping and went to many dealers to test drive different cars to decide what I wanted. He just kept shopping and called every day with a new option. I cant recommend this dealership enough. I purchased my daughter's first truck from Dustin here. It was such an easy process working with him and Steve. I found the truck online and talked to Dustin about it over the phone he went and drove the truck for me since I could not get there and told me all the details about the truck and how it drove and the history of it. He knew I was looking for my daughter's first truck and I truly feel like he was looking out for her as his own family. We talked about a couple of other trucks, but we kept coming back to this one. There was a few things that I asked about on the truck and without any hesitation at all Dustin said they would make sure it was fixed. This is a small family owned dealer that treats you as family. The first lady (heavier) that I dealt with was not friendly at all and gave me energy as if I was bothering her. The second lady was friendly and helpful. As much as I liked the car, I won't buy from this car lot.

PLEASE, PLEASE and again PLEASE don't ever even think about buying a car from this company. People trust if you found this car lot you can find another one. All this car wants is your money. We bought a car from them yes (the saleman...snake) was nice. We was about 1 week late on a partical payment of about $160. First we called to make payment arrangements (thats was out the question). We called everyday letting them know we was going to make the payment the following week. They repoed our car at 5pm the day before we was going to make the payment (don't I said we called them everyday to let them know when the payment was going to be made. Total to get car back was $715.22. We had to pay repo fees, the partial payment plus the full payment that just came due. All this had to be paid 5 days before Christmas. Also you have to go downtown to make the payment...in person can not do it over the phone. You then have to go to Irving to pick up your car and that can not be done but on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 9:30 - 12 and then 1:30 - 2. So I say please think and pray. Spend your money with a car lot that cares about you the person not just your money. If we people would start working together we can show these companies who runs who!
