I negotiated a 2025 Acura TLX Type S over the phone with Sales Manager Charles Reese as they are in Houston, TX and I'm in El Paso, TX. I had two offers one for $59,000, contingent on me financing through Honda Financial and the other for $64,000. I agreed to the signed $59,000 offer and told the Finance Manager Ding Cheng that I did not want any add-ons, tire package, GAP insurance, paint protection, or anything else they had to offer I just wanted an out of door price. Charles told me that for them to give me a $4000 rebate I would need to finance with Honda Financial, and Ding Cheng pushed an 8.14% APR for 84 months even though my credit score is exceptional. When the final paperwork was presented by the Finance Manager Ding Cheng, I was now engulfed in a bait and switch where the price was marked up to a significant unapproved amount, and they tacked on a $2,100 "Appearance Package" junk fee I never requested or agreed to and have no idea what it even covers to this day. Once I saw what they did to me I reached out to Charles Reese and told him I was going to get a lawyer, and he threatened to rip up the contract. Being that I paid for the vehicle to be shipped to me I waited for the vehicle to arrive safe in my garage and then I did a maneuver on them they never saw coming and I refinanced with Navy Federal at a 4.3% interest rate for 72 months within two weeks without making one payment to AHM and received an overpayment refund along with the title to my vehicle, proving the math was deceptive from the start and leaving them to make ZERO interest along with my belief a charge back. They did all that conniving and deceptive labor paperwork for absolutely nothing. And I'm still not done; I am unable to go into details as I have taken several legal actions against this dealership John Eagle Acura. I also had them install some underbody side spoilers on the vehicle and instead of them going off my VIN to get the proper parts they ordered the wrong color and installed them. I had to pay to have the right ones installed and now they want me to pay over $400 to ship the wrong ones they installed back before they refund me. Do not trust any "signed" offers from this management team. They will change the numbers in the final contract hoping you won't notice. Compare every line of the contract, vehicle price, add-ons, VIN, and financing terms against your original offer before signing anything. Know your credit score and you'll be able to have a range of where you should be with your interest rate to avoid John Eagle Acura marking your rate up two to three percent more while trying to align their pockets with profit. I strongly encourage and can't emphasize this enough, read the reviews on this dealership and there is no way that many people could have it wrong. Take great note that they will answer back to the reviews as we all know that not answering back is a sign of guilt, but the one's answering back are the ones making those horrible deals and are just trying to use deception to make you think they are trying to find a solution. I recently retired from Fort Bliss, I would never put my character, integrity, and morals in question, so this review is true and accurate. I strongly suggest you avoid this dealership all together by all means necessary.

Today my Husband and I visited to look for a vehicle, we walked in and were promptly greeted then the sales associate proceeded to ask my husband questions while ignoring my existence. My husband asked about another model to which the sales associate jumped to pushing us to make a purchase before we even saw the other model. We explained we are currently looking / in the comparison process as we’re still not sure which vehicle we’d like to go with. He then made a rude comment, you’re just looking at vehicles in the rain? Confused on why he had such a bad attitude my husband answered, it just started to rain. The sales associate then walked away. We felt uncomfortable so we left. Definitely the worst experience we’ve ever had at a car dealership and will never be returning nor recommending this location.

Very disappointing experience with this dealership. I purchased a certified Hyundai vehicle on March 7, 2026, and even after more than two months, my registration is still not completed. I was charged $225 in documentation fees, yet the paperwork and registration process remain incomplete. I was also charged approximately $390 for a “mandatory” tracking device that was never installed in my vehicle. To make matters worse, the vehicle was sold without proper emissions testing and complete paperwork. Despite multiple follow-ups with the dealership, Hyundai customer service, and TxDMV, the issue is still unresolved. I expected much better professionalism and transparency from a certified Hyundai dealership. Buyers should carefully review all charges and paperwork before purchasing from here.

This has proven to be extremely stressful. 2 weeks ago I send payment for half of the total vehicle cost. I was told the vehicle would be delivered on Monday and the vehicle never arrived . Tuesday I reached out to Cole Bailey and was told it would be delivered the following Monday at 6pm again this delivery time and date came and went with no vehicle delivered. I have reached out again and told the vehicle will be delivered tonight at 6pm. I have a full schedule and am not available to wait around for this days and weeks have no vehicle yet. Very poor communication. I just received a phone call from Cole saying " how about we shove lawyers so far up your a$$ you have hemroids" then he repeated it, when I informed him I was recording the conversation he replied what a tragedy. I ended the call at that time. This is not a reputable company to work with. Buyer beware

I cannot give high enough ratings for the excellent service that I received from the sales team. I first spoke with Jasen Vann on the phone, and he was very professional and explained pricing and extras and answered all the questions I had. I asked him for a quote on the vehicle that I had chosen online, and he sent it right away. Right after this, I had an unpleasant experience with another Nissan dealership. The salesperson from that group sent me a quote, and I went to the dealership planning to purchase it. Their sales manager would not honor the quote that the salesman had given me. He would not even look at it. So I called Jasen back and told him what had happened. He put his sales manager, Alfonso Gutierrez on the phone, and Mr. Gutierrez assured me that he would honor the quote and that Mossy did not treat customers that way. I had previously worked for a company that leased cars from Mossy, and we always had excellent service and relationships with them. So I went to Mossy, met with Jasen, and closed the deal on the same day. All the employees made me feel very comfortable; there was no hard sell. It was a very pleasant experience, and now whenever I plan to purchase a car, either new or used, Mossy is the first place I will go, and I will recommend the dealership highly to anyone looking for a new car. Jasen continues to be in touch with me via e-mail to let me know opportunities that I have with Mossy Nissan. I couldn't give a better review. My husband and I could not be happier about our experiences with Texas Auto North Sales and Service Department. As I said before, the sales department worked with me until we had a deal, we could both agree on. It wasn't easy but they hung in there with me. That was in December. Then we had our backup camera replaced. Fast and efficient service. But it messed up again annnnnnd! Ms. Terri in the service department came to the rescue. You see, when it went out it was a thursday and my husband was leaving for work in Maine on Sunday. She had the guy out there on Friday morning to fix it for him and on top of that; he asked about buying a spare and when she found out that they sold us the truck without a spare, she found him one a gave it to him! I am so happy with this dealership; I am about to go buy another car from them if they will deal with me again! LOL! It was a little agonizeing for them last time. I love this place! Not sure about the South location but I will drive to North Houston everytime I need a new car! Thanks Texas Auto North for treating people right! I would give you 10 stars if I coud! twerner

Drove three hours from Austin to Houston for my husband to test drive his dream truck he has been researching for six months. We were in communication with this dealership about this specific truck for weeks. It was finally ready after a recall fix, texted that we were driving in. When we got there thats when they found out a deposit was put down on the truck THE NIGHT BEFORE. No message, call or email was sent to us before we made the three hour drive. Tried to get us a deal on a brand new truck but it was not worth it. Then told we were going to get a full tank of gas for the travel... waited for 30 minutes on that. Gas tank empty and a whole Saturday wasted.

I am on a budget and needed every penny to get a good used car after an 18-wheeler hit my me in my paid off chevy impala on an accident on March that was ruled at the scene as a "no fault of either driver due to signal lights not working" & thankfully I was uninjured but lost Everything in the accident. I needed another vehicle asap to keep from losing my employment and texas best auto deal auction worked with me and helped me buy another cash car for only 1000 dollars total fees included and that was 3 months ago and it still runs great. I wouldn't have been able to recover from that unfortunate setback without their help and professional support and services in getting another car. I would recommend them to anyone who may be down on their luck but can save up enough money to start over to definitely go there. It'll be money and time VERY WELL SPENT.

Warning THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT - BAD BAD BAD

I purchased a Truck from Fincher's Texas Best Auto & Truck Sales in Tomball in May 4, 2019 and traded my old one in. They are to payoff my trade in. It is now July 2nd, 2019. The bank that I had my loan with on the truck I traded in has been calling me for payments (3 months worth). This dealer will not return calls and all they do is give you a run around. The bank that I had my loan with (trade in truck) has filed theft charges on me and now they are reposing the truck. This doesn't hurt Fincher's Texas Best Auto & Truck Sale credit it hurts mine. The lending bank that holds the note on the truck that has been traded in has also contacted Fincher's and they also give them the run around and will not return calls. I have talked to the sales person that I purchased truck from she gives run around (Maria Malave). The Finance Manager also gives run around and his name is Jerry Cantu. The Sales Manager will not return calls what so every and his name is Tommy Elhaimer. Update: I have to hire a lawyer now because of these people (Fincher's Texas Best Auto & Truck Sales) They need to change their name to FINCHER"S TEXAS WORST AUTO & SALES!!!!!!!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience genuinely shook me. I came in trusting the CarGurus listing, believing the price shown was the actual selling price. Instead, I walked into an auction I never agreed to. The ads on CarGurus and other sites are completely misleading, and it feels like they’re designed to lure people in under false pretenses. Most of the cars on the lot have extremely high mileage, and many look like they’ve had quick, temporary fixes just to survive the auction long enough to be sold “as‑is.” I ended up buying a car, hoping it would at least get me through the basics. Within just a few miles, the check engine light came on. It was obvious the codes had been cleared before the sale, and now I’m dealing with what seems like serious transmission issues. It’s painful to spend your hard‑earned money on something you believed would help you move forward, only to realize you were handed a problem disguised as a car. It honestly feels like I bought junk from a place that doesn’t care about the people who walk through their doors. I truly don’t understand how this operation continues without any oversight. I’m sharing this so others don’t go through the same disappointment, stress, and financial loss that I did.
