They took everything I wanted seriously and got straight to work. It was straight to the point and in and out in less than an hour. No scams. No xxxxxxxx add on fees. This dealership over promises and under delivers. They promise and promise they will take care of everything you need. Instead they lie and treat their customers like crap. We absolutely love our truck we bought. We wish we would have never bought our truck from this dealership. Amanda in finance is fantastic, John in service is great as well, Richy our salesman was also nice to work with. The rest of the employees are rude, condescending, and disrespectful. We were promised we would be taken care of and that all our needs would be met. None of our needs have been met. We kept trying to work with everyone. At this point we just keep being disappointed. If this is how they treat someone who buys a brand new truck I can only imagine how they treat other customers!
