As a follow up from my last review, Terrible customer service. They wanted me to reach out to them so they can make things right with my pre owned car that i had purchased just over 2 months ago. I calle service. They wanted me to reach out to them so they can make things right with my pre owned car that i had purchased just over 2 months ago. I called and they said they were going to rely all the information to the general manager and that i should be receiving a call from him in 2 days. It’s now been 6 days and i have called and followed up but still never got an answer. The General manager Shawn didn’t even have the decency to call me back and they keep saying he’s busy. Once again a terrible experience and coming from a Lexus Dealership I would NEVER expect this. Lost a customer for LIFE. More

There was an issue with my car that I had got just over 2 months All I can say is terrible customer service after you purchase a used car from them. There was an issue with my car that I had got just over 2 months ago. I got the car looked at and there was an alarming issue that they diagnosed that was a pre existing issue by the way the build up was with oil. I spoke with Alfred and he was rude and dismissive. All he kept saying was why didn’t i hear about this earlier. Well, I could say he didn’t hear about this earlier because the car was allegedly inspected and serviced the day before i picked up the car so why would I assume there would be any problems. Clearly that was done poorly. He is not someone that should be in a management or lead position especially when you don’t know how to properly talk to a customer. Would never purchase from there again. More

Getting this car was a mission, luckily when I was about to give up I met Maria Morrone and there was hope again. Wasn't a perfect experience buying this car but Maria was phenomenal and showed perfect cust to give up I met Maria Morrone and there was hope again. Wasn't a perfect experience buying this car but Maria was phenomenal and showed perfect customer service. She made sure that we didn't leave without getting us the best price and incentives with it. Also want to give Reinaldo Berroa and Q from finance a shout out. Thank you for making the deal happen Reinaldo and Q for staying late and being professional.
