Had a great used vehicle at an unbeleivable price. They also immediately ordered new front rotors for the vehicle after I'd noticed the breaks pulsing a bit (no negotiation necessary). They even allowed me bay time with a mechanic to verify the computer diagnostics and mechanical condition of the vehicle. Salesman Gregg Bain was excellent, and genuinely cared. Between the day of the test drive and the day I came back for final purchase, I think he remembered every word out of my mouth. Great guy. Highly recommend this dealer. More

Purchased a 2020 Lexus RC350 for my wife at Toyota of Cleveland. I live in Chattanooga, but haven't purchased a car in Chattanooga area or suburbs in over 20 years. Most dealers I've dealt with here seem to think people won't drive a few hours to get a better deal which is not the case with me. I've previously driven 8 hours one way to save $4000 on a vehicle. I actually went to Atlanta Sunday to look at a comparable Lexus. I explained this to my salesman Austin Calfee and his sales manager Mike Covington. These two went above and beyond to make sure I got the deal I wanted and kept my money local. They are a laid back dealership and don't have the "better go buy that somewhere else" attitude. I feel they worked hard to earn my business and just sold me my first local car in 23 years. Nothing but good words to say for the whole team. They have earned a new customer. I will be back. More

Much has changed in vehicles since our last purchase and Nathan was very patient explaining all the new functions we weren’t familiar with. We were given a fair trade price and a fair price on the new car. We will defiantly recommend this dealership to our friends. Crystal in the finance department could not have been nicer. She got us a good interest rate and explained every document, As a side note, we traded a 2012 Mercedes and our Toyota Corolla Cross. Is much quieter. More
