I made an 11 hour round trip to purchase a new Honda Ridgeline from this Dealer. I have never had a better experience in my life. From the Internet sales department (Andrea and Bob), to the Finance de Ridgeline from this Dealer. I have never had a better experience in my life. From the Internet sales department (Andrea and Bob), to the Finance department (Shawn) to my in store salesman (Hari)... everyone was helpful, engaging and amazing in every step of the process. Exceptional Service...easy purchase! We went in to test drive a new Odyssey. We ended up falling in love and wanting to purchase. Heri was great to work with. Bought a CR-V Debby Pierce was very helpful to me in my process of making a decision to purchase a Honda. Debbie was very knowledgeable and courteous. She was also Debby Pierce was very helpful to me in my process of making a decision to purchase a Honda. Debbie was very knowledgeable and courteous. She was also very patient when I wanted to test specific features in a longer test drive, and also have my college daughter drive the car (who has some ankles issues so I wanted to see how it felt to her). When I had made the decision to purchase, and was indecisive on color, Debby arranged to have several cars brought to the front so I could compare the colors in person. I was offered a fair price but didn't feel pressured, and the purchase process went smoothly. Also I received good follow-up in being able to ask questions about how to use features of the car. More
