From the minute I walked in the front door I was impressed with the customer service. I was just stopping in to discuss my current lease in SE Minnesota and looking for an AWD small SUV. I have neve impressed with the customer service. I was just stopping in to discuss my current lease in SE Minnesota and looking for an AWD small SUV. I have never owned or leased anything but a Chevrolet. Long story short, I am happily leasing an AWD 2023 Kona Hyundai. I can’t say enough for the awesome, special lease contract that General Manager Brad, my personal sales rep Jordan, and Finance Guru Stas put together for me. I am so darn happy with Gateway Chevrolet that a 4 hour drive to pick up my beautiful Kona was worth it! I should mention that I have family in Fargo and Moorhead, but knowing what I do now, that will be my dealership of choice! They treated me as if I was their most important customer, and were available for every question. Please see them first, when shopping for a vehicle, I guarantee you will be pleased.
