The lounges to wait in are comfortable, the communication about your auto’s service needs is complete and I find the pricing more than fair. My Camry is 7 years old and I feel confident that using the Toyota of Louisville service department will keep it going for many, many years to come. I appreciate everyone there and will be back for the next service in May! More

Service was fine. Did not have to wait long. Gentleman who greeted me was VERY friendly and nice, others only asked questions never spoke including the guy who came Did not have to wait long.
