I've had the pleasure of working with the Klaben family for over 40 years. I started out washing cars, driving the parts truck and selling cars. After graduating from the University of Akron I was given the opportunity to work as a service advisor, which then led to being a dispatcher, and then service management. I've lived in the Akron/Kent area all my life. I enjoy spending time with my family, my dogs and in the Summit County Metro Parks.

Never underestimate how AWESOME a dealer can be! Everytime I need a new car, or service for the one I have I choose KLABEN LINCOLN in Kent, Ohio I had a couple factory issues with my last two Linc Everytime I need a new car, or service for the one I have I choose KLABEN LINCOLN in Kent, Ohio I had a couple factory issues with my last two Lincoln MKZ, one being tires. The low profile tires on new cars has not worn well, and this last new car one of the tires blew out at 20,000 miles. MR. Rich Klaben had roadside assistance handle my mishap within hours, and installed four NEW tires at no cost to myself as his service manager Tom was unavailable and Carl handled the complete process Including loaner car. When I received my car back it was washed and ready to go. MR Klaben took It upon himself to phone me that evening and ask if I was completely satisfied. WHAT A GREAT SERVICE, And SALES team. BOUGHT A USED FORD EDGE In June 2016 I bought a 2008 Ford Edgefrom Klaben Used cars. Per their recommendation, I bought the extended warranty plan. I love the car and had no In June 2016 I bought a 2008 Ford Edgefrom Klaben Used cars. Per their recommendation, I bought the extended warranty plan. I love the car and had no problems with it until I noticed a persistent squeak coming from the rear of the car. My husband felt that there was something amiss with the suspension and or wheel bearings. I made an appointment and took the car in to the Ford service center. I will not go into great detail here about the problems I encountered with the warranty, the important take home point here is that Klaban stood by their car and gave me excellent service. They took care of me as if I had bought the most expensive new car on their lot. I can't tell you how pleased I am with how they treated me! I will never buy a car anywhere else. Thank you so much for your honesty and customer service above and beyond my expectations! More
