I 1st came to Newton Nissan in Gallatin, Tennessee because of the excellent reputation of their Service Department. When I received and offer to purchase my 2017 Nissan Rogue SL from a Nashville Nissa because of the excellent reputation of their Service Department. When I received and offer to purchase my 2017 Nissan Rogue SL from a Nashville Nissan Dealer I approached Newton Nissan to see about dealing with them. That was when I met Matt Jenkins/ He noted all that I wanted in a new vehicle and went to work finding one that fit what I wanted, and at a fair price. Never pushy, but keeping in communication. He was able to find the vehicle that we wanted, and we purchased it. Since then Mr. Jenkins has been open to any questions that I have about the new vehicle. All in all, a pleasure to deal with, and an asset to Newton Nissan of Gallatin. I met Lacy Teagarden the 1st time that I visited this Nissan Dealership, and would also like to recognize her as a Personable, Professional Sales Person that I would have sought out had I remembered her name the day that I started looking at purchasing a vehicle. Dustin Cruse handled all of the Financial paperwork and knows his stuff. Since I am reviewing Newton Nissan of Gallatin I would just like to acknowledge the excellent treatment that I have received from Paul Campbell and Chip Smith in the Service Department when I had the 2017 Rogue SL that was traded in on this 2023 Rogue SV Premium. Newton Nissan is SUPERIOR dealership. Their service department does excellent work in a very timely manner. David Stone was my service advisor and he was ready for me as soon as arrived. I’ve followed Robert Thomas for a long time and he’s always treated me like family. Back in September of 2021 we got a sweet deal on a Chevy Silverado that we absolutely loved. Thank you Robert Thomas f always treated me like family. Back in September of 2021 we got a sweet deal on a Chevy Silverado that we absolutely loved. Thank you Robert Thomas for being the best Salesman I’ve dealt with these last 10yrs you’ve been Awesome. Now to the service department my husband called the dealership on August 8th and spoke with Chip who advised us that they wouldn’t be able to get the truck in until August 26th. I had the truck towed to the dealership on August 23rd called on August 24th to make sure they got it and was told yes we have your 2018 Nissan Altima. Me: excuse me I no longer have a Nissan Altima I have a Silverado truck after holding for about 20 minutes they come back and say they don’t have a vehicle in my name. I calls back the next day and they tell me that they found it and when chip gets in they would have him call me. He never called so I called back and was told that he leaves at 4pm fine I’ll call back tomorrow. Nest day I called back and was told they would have him call me back waited all day no call back. I call again and finally got to talk to chip and was advised that they found the issue and it was going to cost me 896 plus and I said go ahead and fix it but don’t fix what you assume is wrong then when I get it back that’s not the issue. So the next couple of days I got a call saying that wasn’t the problem it appears the truck needs a motor. Chip advise me that I would get a loner car 2weeks and still no loner. I called and called trying to get chip on the line again and nothing. Finally I ask for his supervisor and I get someone that says they no longer do loner cars but he would call me back on Monday to see what he could do I’m still waiting on the Supervisor’s call. I stopped calling due to I had gotten so frustrated that we were down to one car and it’s a strain on both me and my husband. Here it is September 20th and no one has called and said nothing about where they are with the truck. So my husband reached out to chip and he said that the guy working on my truck was stuck in a car and as soon as they get him out he would give me a call back. I’m so frustrated and normally don’t have time to do this type of stuff meaning: reviews…..but seeing that I have no transportation and stuck in the house I have all the time in the world. One thing for certain two things for sure I will not be going back to this dealership. I will truly miss doing business with Robert Thomas but this is ridiculous it’s going on a month. I feel that they get you to get these extended warranty’s then when it’s time to use them they say these warranty people are the worst to work with……ummm well why would you insist that this is the best route so you’ll have full coverage. In today’s world every thing is a scam. One Upset Customer. I want take my stars back nor referring to Robert Thomas but I’m done with Newton Nissan of Gallatin. More

We had a total blast in every way during the process of buying our new Armada! The entire staff was A+——especially our sales rep Brandon Payne.
