They never did my oil change when it went in for my 6 month service. The only thing they did was tire rotation and checked multi point so I’m gonna go 1 year without an oil change and it still took 1 hou month service. I was glad to be able to get a new car, I think negotiations went fine. I do think that it was rude that mikes manager would not look me in the eye at all and only directed his attention to my gran negotiations went fine. I do think that it was rude that mikes manager would not look me in the eye at all and only directed his attention to my grandfather even though i was the one putting the money. Once I said I was putting 15K down the manager glanced at me realizing I’m the one paying but still only spoke to my grandfather. Mike did a great job and I thanked him for treating me with respect and not referring to my grandfather the entire time. I shouldn’t have to bring in a man to get a good deal or even get any respect but I’m glad Mike was a decent person. More
