Vehicle service I took my '17 in for oil change, wheel rotation and what appeared to be a problem with the console. The service representative checked the console an I took my '17 in for oil change, wheel rotation and what appeared to be a problem with the console. The service representative checked the console and took me to other similar vehicles. The consoles worked the same. It is how the console is designed. The oil change and wheel rotation were completed quickly. A check of the alignment showed a minor adjustment was needed. The adjustment was completed before my vehicle was returned to me. The service was excellent. More

Always a great experience I have dealt with Brian K for 18 years. Consistant excellance We purchased a new Honda Accord in 2013 from Honda of Lincoln and have since purchasing it had all care and repair work done in their service departme We purchased a new Honda Accord in 2013 from Honda of Lincoln and have since purchasing it had all care and repair work done in their service department. There has never been an occasion that anything less than complete satisfaction has resulted. Each visit includes not only a report of what work was accomplished, but the report includes information about work that should be considered in the future. It includes suggestions on ways to increase performance and satisfaction with the car. We have even started taking our second car there for service, which is not a Honda, and receive the same level of service for it as for the Honda. More

Exceptional in every way! Last fall my daughter totaled my vehicle and while she was fine, I had very little time to find a replacement vehicle. my experiences with Lincoln ca Last fall my daughter totaled my vehicle and while she was fine, I had very little time to find a replacement vehicle. my experiences with Lincoln car dealerships have been very bad, so I sought one out with great rankings and recommendations. Seems Honda of Lincoln was a dealership I may be able to trust. I called and got Russ to help with my interest in 2 certified used cars. Since I work 60 hours a week, Russ actually brought the vehicles to me at work to test drive. Wow! I fell in love with a used CRV in light blue and bought it the next day. Russ was so impressive in his level of service. Then yesterday I needed to use the service department and Dave and Laura were exceptional in making a dreaded visit become mind-glowingly easy and pleasant. I will always return to Honda of Lincoln and enthusiastically recommend them to friends and family. Bravo! Five stars! I'd give 10 if I could. More
