But the high point of my experience was the extraordinary connection I felt with the salesman, Tim Kane. I’m 81 years old and Tim just might have been the most personable individual I’ve ever met. By the time we finished a couple of test drives, I felt like I’d known him for years and, most importantly, I trusted him. I had planned on comparison shopping at other dealerships after I left Herb Chambers but, after spending an hour or two with Tim, decided to buy one of the vehicles I test drove.
