When I was buying my car I was told that it already went through inspection. But after going through finance I was told it was gonna go through inspection AGAIN. The salesman said he would call me at the en through inspection. But after going through finance I was told it was gonna go through inspection AGAIN. The salesman said he would call me at the end of the day or the next day in the morning. Never got the call, I drive up there the next day to be told that it’s getting the brakes replaced and that they are going to send it to a Ford dealership for a software update. Also was told that I won’t get MY car for the next 2 days. When buying I was not told of all this that had to happen. It was poor communication…. More

Well this is my second time using this Rick Hendrick. First time we went through the Chevy dealer and had a wonderful experience with Lu. Well we were needing a second car so we went back to Chevy well L First time we went through the Chevy dealer and had a wonderful experience with Lu. Well we were needing a second car so we went back to Chevy well Lu is no longer there and we got a salesman by the name of Fletcher. Let me just say he was awful and so was most of the people we spoke with at Chevy. So we went to dodge and had a wonderful experience with Roberto. Today as a veteran and just a regular person I was disgusted at the representation I experienced today in full. After waking up being at the lot at 8am to begin the process to find a Jeep I left the l disgusted at the representation I experienced today in full. After waking up being at the lot at 8am to begin the process to find a Jeep I left the lot so my wife could test drive the vehicles she wanted. The test drive vehicle stalled 3x and the battery died.Still the female sales representatives were great and even with whatever problems I wanted to make sure my wife who is also a military combat veteran could be given the best option available. Philip Ortiz who was not involved at any point of sale delivered his misogynistic closer(which I spoke to several reps involved to make sure that didn't).Never speak to woman customers as if they are unintelligent and/or they don't have finances to know when a persons is lying.I loved this place until some random man spoke to my veteran wife like she was a child/and if he knew us personally. More

We purchased a Mercedes GL 550 yesterday 5-11-21 and wasn’t allowed to drive it home due to a thermostat needing to be replaced that we weren’t made aware of prior to purchasing. We drove 6hrs both ways wasn’t allowed to drive it home due to a thermostat needing to be replaced that we weren’t made aware of prior to purchasing. We drove 6hrs both ways. We also waited several hours waiting on finance missing our childs final game in the process. Also we made the salesman aware the day before we were coming before lunch and to have a second car available for us to view. Well he never brought the other car out and we learned it was sold when we asked to test drive it. He didn’t notify us prior to that either. We didn’t enjoy our experience and now they’re telling us it may be another week until we receive the car we purchased due to them receiving the wrong part from Mercedes. What an experience! Another salesman was our initial contact over the phone but we ended up working with Gerardo. We felt Gerardo did a good job but was left in the dark on the sale. Management did a poor job! More
