I will gladly go to Luis every single time I am in the market for a vehicle, new or used!! I know he treats me like a family member. He gave me an amazing offer for my trade in 2016 HRV, too. He walks you through all the different features - like helping you program your top phone contacts in the vehicle's system. Bottom line Luis always does 110% and treats you so right!! Also Mark Zimmerman, Big Z's owner, did me a great favor recently; and Zimmermans has been a long time Sponsor supporter for Quad City Marathon. Big Z is my Auto Place PERIOD.
