Matt is an excellent service advisor. I’ve been to many of the local competitors and Matt wins the business for BMW Westlake. He’s efficient, quick and no bother. Two examples in the past month, x6 needed a water pump, part was there job was dune the same day as oil change under warranty. X7 had a front driver clunk, sway bar link, there the next day to be installed under warranty. To me car brand ownership is heavily weighted toward service and dealer experience, Matt provides that for me. More

I really can't think of a better place to have my car serviced. The whole service department is fun to talk with and professional to work with. The technicians are top notch and always fix my car. Ken was a pleasure to work with. He asked me all the right questions and listened to me when I told him what I was looking for. Mike in the financial dept answered all of my questions and got me in and out quickly and on my way with my new car! Ian was extremely helpful in explaining all the features of my new car to me and got me all set up. When something wasn't connecting properly and I had to return he was very patient and reset it for me. I am technological challenged so his patience with me did not go unnoticed! More
