Was my first time there Matt the salesmen was extremely polite as was the finance manager.Im from Massachusetts and refused to pay balises and others extreme rip of DOC fees which led me out t of state it polite as was the finance manager.Im from Massachusetts and refused to pay balises and others extreme rip of DOC fees which led me out t of state it took a while because out of non resident.But the finance manager walked me though the process.they were very helpful and didn't try any fancy xxxxxxxx tricks like I'm used to....Was a great first experience.thanks to both of them. DCH Toyota is consistently excellent in its car care AND its customer service. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years because of this. Once repairs or maintenance service is complete, the cars run good its customer service. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years because of this. Once repairs or maintenance service is complete, the cars run good as new until the next time maintenance is required. The staff who work there, especially in the service department, are knowledgeable, professional, efficient and HONEST. The car mechanics are really skilled in their work. Unhappy with customer service in getting my new vehicle. Appointment made for 1:30pm was finally seen at 3pm. Internet was down so had to wait 30 minutes to make payment. Salesperson handed me the keys with Appointment made for 1:30pm was finally seen at 3pm. Internet was down so had to wait 30 minutes to make payment. Salesperson handed me the keys with ZERO explanation of car amenities. Had to return 4 days later as I could connect my phone to vehicle (no instructions in handbook) and no instruction from salesperson. Poor poor service!!!! More
