Ethan, service advisors, and Handy were outstanding in handling a repair with my extended warranty policy. The extended warranty company was only going to pay for half the repair on the air condition unit handling a repair with my extended warranty policy. The extended warranty company was only going to pay for half the repair on the air condition unit in my truck. But they fought and got it repaired resolving a major financial situation for me. They provided a rental car for 7 days while the repair could be made! I was having a brake job done, along with an oil change and tire rotation as well. This team went beyond what was necessary for me the customer! I have always had great service from before but this time they helped a 71 year old customer with true professionalism and integrity of a their product and customer service! Thank you all very much! Went in for undercoating. Came out with a popped tire. They replaced the tire. Then they damaged my rim and caked the outside with grease that will not come off. I'm still waiting on a date for my rim to be fixed. Not impressed with handys. Takes 45 min and 25$ in gas to go there and back. This will be my 3rd trip whenever that is. More
