I was at a dance competition on a Saturday and sent Chris Volk a text message inquiring about what we could/should do with my 2019 F-150 that had a couple months left on the lease. We explored buying that truck out, buying a CPO truck or getting into another lease. Getting into another lease made the most sense and that following Tuesday I was driving off the lot with a brand new 2022 F-150. I let Rob Simon know I was coming from work and he made sure that the car was clean, gassed up and ready to roll when I got there! Luke Deegan gave me the run down with all the new features while Jennifer Bowen from the finance team got all the paperwork ready. I was in and out in under two hours which is impressive!! You're making a mistake if you're going to any other dealership. More

This was my first experience with Klaben Ford. Louis Polos reached out to me several times on a Sunday to set up a test drive for Monday, even tho the dealership was closed!
