I started my career in January of 1996 as a receptionist. I immediately liked the business. After one year I started selling at our VW store and then came to Mercedes as a sales consultant. After three years of selling I took my current position as Sales Manager. I have been in this position for the last 8 years. I love coming to work each day providing a quality product to an incredible family of clients. My team is one of the best and we strive to not only exceed our clients expectations but have some fun while we are doing it! I am single and live on Long Island. I enjoy working out, spending time with my loved ones, the beach, and I very much enjoy a good laugh! (I WAS voted "most humorous" in high school!)

When we stepped out from the dealership last Saturday, we found out my car got scratched at their parking lot by the Mercedes S next to me which was purchased from this dealership. We walked back to the deal found out my car got scratched at their parking lot by the Mercedes S next to me which was purchased from this dealership. We walked back to the dealership and asked the front desk to get the parking lot camera footage for the record but they said the camera guy was not in the office until following Monday. We then asked nicely to speak to the manger and find out the owner of the other vehicle but the salesperson who is named Ernesto blocked us, lied to us and tried to playing the game with us saying that the manager was in the meeting and he refused and wouldn't allow us to look for her. 5 minuets later it turned out the manger who is named Jennifer was available when we talked to another salesperson. We showed the damage part of my car to the manager, and she promised that she would help look for the owner of the other vehicle for us but she never showed up again in the end as we waited another 15 mins at the parking lot for the answer or solution! It's clear that this dealership wanted to protect their customer who purchased their Mercedes from them before even though he was at fault, and we are still very angry that there's no apologies from the dealership, nor no solution was provided by them since the incident happened. We still don't know who's the owner of the other Mercedes, and we had no other choice but contacting my insurance broker to help us find the owner of the vehicle through the license plate number and claim for his/her insurance to repair for my damage. Mercedes is a nice brand but I would not recommend to this dealership due to incompetence, dishonest, and poor management team who tried to cover up their customer's fault and refused to provide solution to a potential customer! More

I’ve been a customer of Helms Bros for over 20 years . They’re service is unmatched . I left another dealer at that time and never looked back . At the time I started , Giacomo ( Jack ) Iperato was a 19 They’re service is unmatched . I left another dealer at that time and never looked back . At the time I started , Giacomo ( Jack ) Iperato was a 19 year old valet . Since then he became my Service Advisor and more recently , a Financial Advisor . I was distraught when he told me he’d no longer be my advisor but Andy Lin was his replacement. I’d be hard pressed to have to decide who was/is better. They’re both great ! Moving over to sales , how can you beat a salesperson better than Jeffery Stampler ? He always gets the car I need and has been most helpful in getting cars for all my friends and business associates I’ve referred. Beyond all that , he even came to my wife Sharon’s assistance when she thought she had a flat tire on the Wantagh Parkway one night . When I got there , he was already on the scene . Now let’s move over to management. Jennifer Lang was always a gem helping with any concerns or issues that were beyond Jeff’s abilities to resolve . Then I met the most amazing person of this organization, Suzanne Cochran . Mr Calahan found the most effective, concerned manager I’ve ever met 40+ years ago .
