I started in the Automotive industry out of Highschool as a Lot attendant/Detailer in Wasilla Alaska. Moved to Service as a Lube Tech and then later into Auto Sales in 2010. I worked as A salesmen, sales Manager, Business Development Manager and Finance manager throughout the years. I have spent the last 7 years in F&I between Ford, Porsche Audi Volkswagen and Hyundai. My wife and I have 4 children (all Boys) and recently relocated back to Ohio where I spent the majority of my childhood. We have a couple Dogs and love spending time as a family outdoors camping and fishing.

Just started a new job with a much longer commute—including braving the snow belt in winter—so my little Fiesta just wasn’t going to cut it. I headed to Klaben and worked with Mike Cooney and commute—including braving the snow belt in winter—so my little Fiesta just wasn’t going to cut it. I headed to Klaben and worked with Mike Cooney and Justin Fisher to get my new Ford Escape Hybrid (which amazingly gets better gas mileage than the Fiesta!). This is the fifth car I’ve purchased from Mike and the Klaben family, and once again, they absolutely nailed it. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I can’t recommend them enough—fair, friendly, honest, and they truly go above and beyond to make the experience smooth and enjoyable! More

When I give an average on the speed of the process I’m actually giving an OK, it took too long because of pushing extra warranty More
