The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership! Kneico (sales) is clueless and Todd (GM?) should be demoted. The process was hours long because I was stubborn and could not make up mind and be reasonable. Through it all, they were patient, clear, accommodating and fun to be around. I came out with more than wha could not make up mind and be reasonable. Through it all, they were patient, clear, accommodating and fun to be around.
