I bought a 2022 Lexus NX 350h from Northside Lexus. Everyone at the dealership is friendly, professional, and helpful. I worked with Victoria Dehoyos to buy the car; It took a while, but Ms. Dehoyos kept me informed and got me exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much, Ms. DeHoyos. I worked with Mr. Hamilton Dawes in the finance department and in over 50+ years of buying cars, working with Mr. Dawes had to be the absolute best financial transaction I have ever encountered. He was professional, friendly, fast, and very efficient. The man really knows his business. Okay, the car is new technology and has a lot of touchscreen and app set-up. I worked with Ms. Melissa O'Connell to help me set the options I wanted. She was so nice and friendly and really knew her stuff. She set me up and was really great. I have had Lexuses before, but it has been a while, My first visit to the new Northside Lexus dealership was a couple of weeks ago when I met with Ms. Dehoyos to discuss the car I was allocated. I have been back twice to pick up the car and then to meet with Ms. O'Connell to go over the car options and finish setting it up. The Northside Lexus dealership is set up to be very friendly and inviting and it is. Each person was so nice and respectful. Now about the car itself, it is phenomenal. It is so quiet, drives so nice, and there is just nothing to compare to Mark Levinson's audio. I am extremely happy with my car and also extremely happy with the dealership. I will be coming back for service and any future Lexuses. More
