Needham Shotwell was great, We were waiting for my wife's old Lexus to be serviced. She was in love with it and didn't want to think about trading it in. After driving the 2020 she was ready to buy. Done deal. Melissa O'Connell- I have to also say something about your tech support. I was at home setting up some things for my wife and ran into a problem. I called Tech support. All were busy and had to wait for a callback. A very short wait and Melissa returned my call. Melissa knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. She even stayed on the line while I went to the car in case I ran into a problem. I hope you are taking great care of her as she is one of those employees you do not want to lose. She left me with no doubt we (wife and me) had made a good decision and the right dealer.
