I owned several Volvos and a BMW new. I dropped the brands solely based on the service department. Both Volvo and BMW were a nightmare to deal with and they would always speak to me as if I know nothing about cars . HUGE pet peeve of mine! Annapolis goes over the top to insure the owner and vehicle are well cared for. I am always beyond impressed. And thank your Mercedes Benz of Annapolis!!! More

He quickly contacted We needed a replacement vehicle in a short time and our Service Advisor reached out to Mike Herron of Mercedes Benz Sales Center. He quickly contacted us, got an overview of our interests and set up an appointment to meet with one of his Sales member that afternoon. Damon Scott was the Sales Rep who met with us. He was extremely friendly and professional. He listened to our needs and provided a full explanation of the process and a comprehensive review of the specs of the vehicles we were interested in. After test driving a number of vehicles he offered us the opportunity to review all the specs of the options at our home contacting him with any questions/queries. We greatly appreciated this opportunity to review the vehicles as well as to compile any questions to be discussed without the feeling of being rushed into a purchase. Mr. Scott liaise with us via phone and email. He ensured that all our concerns and needs were addressed before he passed us to the capable and competent hands of Allen Belcher to complete the financial component. At delivery of the vehicle Mr. Scott provided a general tutorial of its features while offering us the opportunity to visit the Dealership for any further followup assistance. We are currently enjoying our new vehicle and couldn't ask for a better team effort from the Staff of Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. More

Little did we know the dealership was about to close. Casey Duffy was the sales associate assisting us. He never mentioned they were about to close. He grabbed the keys and off we went. We really appreciated Casey staying long after the shop closed. By end of week, we made a decision and are now driving our new MB. The sales, financing, and closing process was painless.
