Mercedes of Annapolis made the whole process absolutely painless. My Sales Associate Andrew Gallagher was professional and very knowledgeable about the different models. The manager and the financial executive were all very pleasant and helped to make the transaction as quick and efficient as possible. The showroom was well stocked with a variety of all the models. Even the "car runner" were super friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Mercedes of Annapolis to other buyers. More

Salesperson was a great guy...management not so much. Purchased a pre-owned vehicle (so I thought) only to receive a call 3 weeks later from the finance manager telling me that there was an issue with Purchased a pre-owned vehicle (so I thought) only to receive a call 3 weeks later from the finance manager telling me that there was an issue with the bank and that they could not sell me GAP insurance due to my status as a military spouse. I would need to sign another buyers order and either get no GAP insurance or have to secure a different loan. Fortunately, my credit union offered acceptable loan terms with GAP. I spoke to the Sales GM, Mike, and explained that due to the inconvenience of having to go get my loan paperwork reprinted, review/sign the buyers order paperwork (again) and overall just having this issue weigh on me for a week while I was out of town that I would like the $299 processing fee refunded to compensate me for the hassle. Apparently Mike can't make a $300 decision on his own and had to consult the owner, resulting in an offer of $150 to me (since I had to go get them a check, says Mike). Clearly, these guys are missing the point. Getting them a check wasn't difficult, it's more of the principle -- they screwed up and I had to do some running around and worry about not having a secured contract for the vehicle. Last time I or any of my family will ever deal with these folks. More
