We were having voltage issues with our Explorer to the point that we were unable to gain entry to the car! After using the Ford Pass app and calling directly to Ford Assist and with both attempts being u point that we were unable to gain entry to the car! After using the Ford Pass app and calling directly to Ford Assist and with both attempts being unsuccessful relied on the Service Dept. to solve the problem! Not having an appointment, the Service Dept. still took the car in after sensing urgency on our part, resolved the problem quickly, returned the car washed and ready to go! Klaben's are all about service for their customers! Thank you Mike Klaben for the best service and beyond! More
