Everything has changed with New service advisors not being very educated about the cars they are servicing. Like saying when checking on car that the work hasn't started, then 2 minutes later you get a being very educated about the cars they are servicing. Like saying when checking on car that the work hasn't started, then 2 minutes later you get a call saying to come get your car its complete. A master cylinder is not that rapid. More

Mindy stood on her head to make sure my vehicle had new tires prior to a heavy snow storm. She worked closely with Steve to order the highest rated tires at the best price. Consistency in customer service makes me be loyal to the brand and this happened in the last 12 years. All family is upgraded but one thing is constants Toyota because we love the reliability and attention brand and this happened in the last 12 years. So, if we need a crew or our finds or co-workers we ask them to go to Toyota Direct, ask for Patti or anyone else. Provided great advice in a friendly manner and kept me updated on needed service. She corrected problem of car not starting even though battery was fine by removing the extra floor mat. The previous 2 times when I came with 2 layers of floor mats, I was told by other advisors that I need to depress the brake further even though I was depressing the brake as far as I could. I hope that I will be able to get her the next time I have service done. More

I’ve owned my 4runner for 23 years now and have been to various dealerships, service centers, and maintenance shops some were good others not so muc I’ve owned my 4runner for 23 years now and have been to various dealerships, service centers, and maintenance shops some were good others not so much. The maintenance and service here has been fantastic hence the reason I keep returning for over 10 years for work that is more than I want to do as a DIY kind of guy. They do the work right the first time and don’t cut corners. They are diligent about looking for other areas of the vehicle and helping me understand preventative maintenance vs reach maintenance (breakdowns that will cost more). More
