I had a couple questions today and she answered them and treated me like a customer, not like I was bothering her. She reminded me that my 30,0 mile inspection was due, too me the cost and it would be a 4 hr wait. I appreciated that very much. I told her I would try to get someone to pick me up or pick a day when I could wait and reschedule. In this day and age, unfortunately, it is difficult finding a person that likes their job and treats customers with respect. Maintenance is necessary but not always enjoyable, but Mona makes it a lot easier to deal with it. More
