My Lincoln Navigator broke down 3 hours away from my home. I was stranded without a vehicle while on vacation. Tom Alcorn came to my rescue. Mona helped him keep me in the loop on the status of my car. They both offered their cell numbers to me and always answered when I called. I have received my car back and it's like brand new. They keep in contact with me, ensuring my vehicle is running smoothly and seeing if I need anything. This is the definition of TOP NOTCH customer service.
