I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Klaben Ford Inc. Is a wonderful dealership. Rich Klaben runs a great company and has great people working for him such as Dave Mott in Sales, Mike Brandvold in the Service Department, Steve Workman in the runs a great company and has great people working for him such as Dave Mott in Sales, Mike Brandvold in the Service Department, Steve Workman in the Body Shop, Jennifer Bowen in Finance and all the other very professional and cordial employees at the dealership. Rich is a hands-on owner who always makes sure all customers are treated fairly and in a family manner. Service took a while because parts had to be ordered but I was furnished a rental car. Also, price was reasonable.
