I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

They answered all my questions, worked with my budget, and made sure I understood every step. The car selection was impressive, the pricing was fair, and the atmosphere was relaxed and professional. Louis was one of the most pleasant rep we've ever worked with! He understood our needs, what vehicle worked best for us and presented that vehicle which we love. Been going to Klaben for over 30+ years because they never pressured me to buy a vehicle now. Just wish Kenny & Dave were still there and didn't retire! Dealt with Rich Klaben a few times and he actuall never pressured me to buy a vehicle now. Just wish Kenny & Dave were still there and didn't retire! Dealt with Rich Klaben a few times and he actually talked me out of buying a car at the time and come back in a year, which I did. Definitely worth the drive there. I worked with Mike in service, and he has also helped me out and was very thorough in his explanations. More
