I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Mr. Klaben along with family and staff truly pride themselves on putting the customer first and the transaction second. I will forever be thankful for having the pleasure to have been an employee and themselves on putting the customer first and the transaction second. I will forever be thankful for having the pleasure to have been an employee and a customer of this incredible dealership. They truly take the buying process out and make sure it's more of a personal experience and go above and beyond to make sure no matter the situation you leave Klaben with a smile and satisfaction. I will forever be thankful for every lesson I was blessed to learn from this place. Don't just buy a car build a relationship the last generations!! More
