I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They are honest, they follow up. They have the best employees ever! The service and sales departments are attentive; they pay attention to detail. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. My daughter and I have purchased and or leased vehicles from Klaben for over 15 years and are both very satisfied. Joe Hilliard in service and Justin Bolen in sales are the best. The Klaben family at all the dealerships are hardworking and always there if you need to talk with them.
