I am not sure if the service people are just ignorant or they’re sketchy and were trying to make some money. I came for an oil change and after giving me a xxxxxxxx story they didn’t perform the oil change they’re sketchy and were trying to make some money. I came for an oil change and after giving me a xxxxxxxx story they didn’t perform the oil change and quoted me almost $2000 for a new oil pan that I apparently needed. I took it to Braman Honda the next day and they were able to do my oil change no problem. Such a waste of time. I would never recommend this place. Go elsewhere. More

Recently brought my Ridgeline for its 10k service. It was very easy to make the appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly staff (even at 7:15 am). My oil change and tire rotation took It was very easy to make the appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly staff (even at 7:15 am). My oil change and tire rotation took less time than promised and I was at my office desk (in Aventura), by 8:45 am. I was more than happy with the services provided and would highly recommend Brickell Honda for your automotive needs. More

Had appointment for oil change because of speacial for $54.95. When with the service agent, he tried to charge $69.95. Said no the reason why had made appointment was because of the special.
