They contacted Brad Stuart for use and he immediately came out, greeted us and introduced us to the salesmen that would be assisting us. We knew the vehicles we were interested in. Without hesitation, Bahman took us for a test drive and explained all the specs on the vehicle. What I appreciate the most is, no one tried to upsale me; they understood that we knew what we wanted and respected our decisions/ choices. The financing went smoothly. I will say, coming prepared with your documentation, references, insurance, etc, really enables the salesmen and finance team to move through the paperwork much easier. I would definitely recommend this dealership and to see Bahmen Namaghi. Bahmen is kind, knowledgeable and willingness to assist and make the car buying experience the best as possible. More

He found the exact vehicle I requested, arranged to get it to Denver from the Western Slope, and took me through the entire purchase process with such ease. His team took me through the finance process, and the new car orientation to describe all the new features... and all I can say is WOW! Great experience, and if/when I need my next car, Robert and his Team are my go to! I have previously used the Service department for service of my '99 Mustang, which I unfortunately wrecked, but it lead me to this purchase of my new 2019 Edge. Thank you so much! More

After my car was serviced, it was parked in an unplowed area of t My positive experience with Phil Long Ford started out as an unfortunate situation. After my car was serviced, it was parked in an unplowed area of their lot on a snowy morning. Unfortunately, there was a raised concrete surface underneath the snow, and unable to see it, I drove on top of it damaging the body of my car. As you might imagine, I was very upset. After he read the letter I sent to him, Robert McMann contacted me immediately. He reviewed photos from the incident, and promptly told me that Phil Long Ford would have my car repaired. Mr. McMann then made all of the necessary arrangements with a body shop and had me drop off my car at the Phil Long Ford Dealership. He provided me with a very nice loaner vehicle, handled all of the work with the body shop, and returned my car to me in great condition. I was quick to criticism Phil Long Ford when I did not believe they would address the situation - so I want to publicly share that when Mr. McMann reviewed the situation, he responded promptly, thoroughly, and professionally to ensure that my car was repaired. I am impressed by how Mr. McMann and Phil Long Ford stepped up to make things right for me in this situation. More
